Alter Music Festival is a cyclic, three-day festival of alternative music, organized in Warsaw since 2015. A nationally renowned band and local, beginning artists have the opportunity to play on the festival stage. The event is primarily aimed at young people.
When creating the logo, the basic assumption was to reflect the nature of the event, hence the decision to choose the colors and minimalist style. The signet ring is the letter "a", which is the first in Alter, as well as a loose reference to the turntable. Additionally, was created a part of the visual identification of the event.
The project was prepared as a response to the challenge proposed by Natalia Bienias (author of the Zebza.net blog and the byZebza YouTube channel), the aim of which was to create a logo for a fictional event.
The logo was appreciated by Mateusz Antczak, communication designer and evaluator of the above competition.
